DELIVERY
- Your item will be carefully packed and shipped via trackable international shipping
- Please make sure that your shipping address and phone number on your account is current and complete. We will not be responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
- The estimated of delivery time takes around 8~10 working days.Please understand that International post being handled by multiple postal services and customs agents, which is not the situation we can control.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers can cancel their order at anytime prior to shipping; please contact contactus@magictrend.co.uk However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Warranty and Return policy comes into effect.
ORDER CANCELLATION-FOR PERSONALISED PRODUCT

RETURN & REFUND
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described.
We Guarantee a complete refund or free exchange within 60 days after receiving the order in the following cases:
- Damaged in transit

If your package is lost in transit, a replacement or refund will only be issued after a lost claim has been approved by the shipping company. - Refunds will not be issued if the item is personalised item ( only if item is defective.)
RETURN POLICY FOR CLOTHING
When you receive the product, please check whether it has any damage. If so, kindly contact us immediately.
Before you wash the product, please read the care label and wash the product accordingly.
You could return the clothing products with our returns policy, your item(s) needs to be:

Please note, that due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual garment's washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on the care label.
Each garment is wash-tested thoroughly and quality-checked on each production batch prior to leaving the supplier.
We cannot accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain Products are excluded from this 14 day money back guarantee.
Those Products include (for example): food; perishable items; personalised products; or Products made to order as well as personalised Items. Earrings and Body Jewellery are also excluded.
These Products cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty.
