- Your item will be carefully packed and shipped via trackable international shipping
- Please make sure that your shipping address and phone number on your account is current and complete. We will not be responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
- The estimated of delivery time takes around 8~10 working days.Please understand that International post being handled by multiple postal services and customs agents, which is not the situation we can control.
Customers can cancel their order at anytime prior to shipping; please contact email@example.com However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Warranty and Return policy comes into effect.
RETURN & REFUND

We Guarantee a complete refund or free exchange within 60 days after receiving the order in the following cases:

- Lost in transit
If your package is lost in transit, a replacement or refund will only be issued after a lost claim has been approved by the shipping company.
- Refunds will not be issued if the item is personalised item ( only if item is defective.)
